Do Diadora trainers come in half sizes?

Yes, through most of the run. Diadora grades EU 40.5, 41.5, 42.5 and 43.5, which are UK 6.5, 7.5, 8.5 and 9.5. A genuine half size exists rather than a compromise between two whole ones. Should I size up in Diadora for running?

If you are buying a performance model such as the Atomo V7000, Nucleo, Mythos Blushield or Sestriere-XT to actually run in, allow a little room at the toe, because the foot lengthens over distance. The Atomo V7000 and Nucleo are performance running shoes, and the Sestriere-XT is the trail version. The piece comes up large and wants the size below. Several of the Italian luxury footwear brands we carry sit here, which is exactly why it is worth checking rather than assuming. No Diadora product carries this indicator.

B.Elite Star, Borg Elite Italia and the Myzar runner. These come from Diadora's tennis and archive side and are worn as everyday shoes, so there is nothing to allow for. Take your normal size and wear them as they come.

If you are between the two and cannot decide, tell us what you will actually be doing in them and we will size you accordingly. It is a different answer for a marathon block than for the weekend.
