Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order next working day. You will receive an email to notify you that your order has been packed and shipped. Please be aware that at busier times we may not be able to process your order as quickly.

United Kingdom

Standard shipping is £6.95, estimated delivery 3-5 business days from dispatch. Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 12 noon, just select the option at checkout. If you wish to arrange a delivery for a specific time (eg. next day before 9am) please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Europe USA Canada and Rest of the World

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

VAT Discount (Value Added Tax)

Please note that customers ordering from outside the European Economic Area will not be charged the 20% VAT included in the price of nearly everything we sell. This discount is applied at the checkout once you have chosen which country your order is being delivered to.

To work out the price with the VAT discount applied, divide the displayed price by 1.2. This is slightly different to simply reducing the price by 20%.

Import Taxes

Please be aware that, although unlikely, it is possible there will be customs taxes to pay in your individual country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control over this.
